All your team members are dead, only you survived. There is no plan, you are surrounded by enemies, just stay alive as you can. You are low on riffle (SX40) ammunition so use it wisely, but for Desert Eagle you have plenty of bullets. Use mouse to aim and shoot and 1-4 to change weapons.
